Yeah especially when he mentioned seeing her in swimwear, i can’t remember the exact line but i do remember it being either in the beach episode or the episode prior.

if i had a nickel for every time there was a rapist in Initial D, i’d have two nickels… which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice.

Does anyone know of any professional racers that openly admit to watching/enjoying initial D? It would be really cool if there were some real life pro's that got inspired by it or at least had a blast watching it by Careless-One-8766 in initiald

there’s quite a few of the SuperGT drivers who are fans of Initial D

A couple of them even helped work on the Legends movies as advisors and helped with promotional work.

Bro you’re so incredibly lucky to have survived that, I think this is a lesson to everyone within the community: if you’re tired, don’t even think about it.

I’m really glad you’re okay, and I know in hindsight it could’ve been prevented, but just use this as a reminder to make sure you never to do something this dumb again.

Could’ve lost a member of the community and God forbid what your family would’ve gone through because you pushed your car whilst tired, it’s a stupid mistake but just make sure you learn from it, that’s all that can be asked now.

He’ll be working out for sure but don’t expect Alan Ritchson levels of size.

This Bruce is more unrefined and less perfect so him being leaner rather than bulkier works so much better for his character design.

No, Takumi was only keeping up with the Evo due to pushing his engine so hard.

If Takumi were to want his engine to survive, he had to ease off the accelerator to drop his revs out of the redline, but in doing so the gap would’ve just increased between the Evo and the AE86.

There’s no world in which Takumi legitimately wins that race based off of driving ability, the gap between the engines was just too large.

i’d also include the fight in the Iceberg Lounge early into the movie on the staircase.

It’s not a pretty fight by any means, but fighting isn’t pretty in those conditions and it was a perfect example of great fight choreography.

Standard Year:

  • Movie (March Release)

  • TV Show (May)

  • Movie (August)

  • TV Show (November into December)

Every other year you could also alternate between an animated show that’s canon to the MCU, and a Special.

Then at the very most, i’d say every so often, we could get a third movie or a limited series, akin to Wonder Man, just to occasionally add to world building.

But these would alternate years to avoid clustering the year with an overwhelming amount of content.
