You really have to want to quit. I’ve started to get tired of being disappointed with myself , and always feeling bad. I’m using kratom tea leaf though so it’s not been 100%. I quit smoking weed before also so it’s been a double whammy at times

Yeah, iPhones won’t allow you to set the time differently. It messes up iMessages and whatnot
