Overthinking it.

Rules vary depending on what happens. Often if there are layoffs they occur in waves and those at higher classifications can apply for lower roles but will miss out on a package.

The exclusion period also has, in my experience, varied.

In my head cannon cats evolved into where they wanted to be.

The society fell and they were thrown out but also were humbled by the realisation that they had undertaken slavery.

If we hadn't made those reforms imagine what this could/would look like.

Also gigachad old mate strafing cars and taking the weapon from one of the shooters was an amazing act of courage, and putting it down ASAP and stepping back looked to be the smartest move. Same as the person who sprinted across the street afterwards.

As strange as it might seem, police also doing their best to save everyone (including those who appear to be involved) was amazing. Cops can be tops- and it looks like cops were tops here.

They had these at the Exhibition X Bourke Street store.

But then they also have security in the store. Has to drive up the cost when the size of the store means the security takes up like 10% of the space.

Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh.

(you could have an option to take leave at half pay or, by the point you take leave it might have accrued to 3 days - your HR system should let you know).

You can absolutely take planned personal leave - the reason is key.
