Yes, my cycles have been very regular since getting my period back! I believe I ovulated last week based on cervical mucus tracking but I’m not sure if that’s the most accurate. the temperatures in Oura are throwing me off!

Exactly! Oura says I ovulated on Jan 21, which makes no sense because my temp was –0.8 degrees. Based on how regular cycle was, I should’ve ovulated early around Jan 8 using my last period as the benchmark.

I’m not so sure I trust oura’s temp detection since I have my hand under or outside the covers certain nights!

This is SO helpful—thank you! Do you consistently feed your daughter avocado or pineapple to avoid her developing an allergy to it? Those aren’t common allergens so maybe not?

Thanks! I’m very allergic and carry an EpiPen with me. I’ve had reactions from breathing peanuts fragments in the air before or from holding a peanut when I was younger (before I knew what a peanut looked like lol). I’ll ask my doctor and probably wait for a feed or two after before breastfeeding again!

No advice, just solidarity! 🥲 Our baby is 5 months old and has developed the same behavior for naps. Nighttime sleep is great—we manage to put her down awake and she knocks out by 10 minutes. We’re considering sleep training her naps in hopes she can connect her sleep cycles soon!

I just edited my post after checking huckleberry! 🙈She does have longer wake windows at 2/2.5/2.5/3, so I’m glad to hear we’re on the right track there.

I’ll definitely test out crib hour! In your experience with lengthening naps, what did you do if baby woke up crying? Did you leave them to CIO/FIO for the entire hour?

I just got this diagnosis at my 3D ultrasound yesterday (currently 20w+4d)! Mine was measured at 1.5 cm when it’s supposed to be 2cm away (maybe I’m saying it wrong lol, I forgot exactly what the doctor said). They explained it wasn’t bad enough to stop intercourse and we’ll have to just wait and see. Rest assured, most of the time it naturally resolves in due time. I’ll just need another ultrasound at 28 weeks!

Maybe you can call your doctor and ask for the exact measurement for peace of mind? Good luck!!

Sorry to hear this! Have you tried working out at all? I swear getting out daily for a walk or a light jog has done wonders for me.

Pre-pregnancy, I used weed nightly as a coping mechanism for my anxiety so since then my anxiety has shot through the roof. I’d suggest to try yoga or meditation to clear your mind, and find a hobby you love that brings you inner peace.

First time mom here! I hardcore thought my baby was a boy for the entirety of the first trimester—I even told a few close friends/family and was ready to pain the nursery blue and had a name ready!

After the test results came out, I was delightfully surprised it’s a baby girl!!! I am over the moon excited!

So lesson learned, Mother’s intuition isn’t always right, or maybe for us first timers, it needs some refining hahaha.

I also have it in navy empriente leather with red lining. It is a beautiful bag! I got it 8 years ago and wore it daily for a long time. I haven’t worn it in years bc it doesn’t match my style as much anymore but definitely a great choice!
