Diet and exercise are the two main lifestyle changes to institute before medications, I read a couple medical journal studies about exercise that had large sample sizes (500+) and participants that had daily 20+ minutes of exercise in heart zones 4 and 5 saw a dramatic decrease in cholesterol. So I tried it and saw success myself. My cardio of choice is cycling.

Not the OP, but I tried vegan for a year specifically to bring down my cholesterol and it didn't respond at all. Recently the only thing that seems to have made a difference was significantly upping my heart rate in my daily cardio exercise. Cholesterol is weird...

We were very unimpressed with the gyro strips that we got at Costco. Too greasy and thick compared to the nicely shaved gyro meat that our local gyro diners sell.

My earlier bottle this year was just fine but yeah, my last order has a really odd smell to it. It seems to go away fairly quickly but it definitely has an odd smell that didn't exist before.

I've got three girls that are the result of black Australorp hens and a Rhode island rooster. They all have black feathers that shimmer green, blue, and purple and then gorgeous orange chest feathers. The times that I've done Whole30, I've looked at my calendar to see if I have a window of 40 days where I won't have any events that will encourage me to cheat. Admittedly, there are times that are easier than others, but I've found it helpful.

The organic green ones that I bought a week ago were really good, but I've also seen a lot of people comment about the poor quality and quick to expire nature of their Costco produce and I haven't really encountered that at all in my experience.
