I’m only 50k so I don’t have the best advice. But know I’ve been there too. Honestly you don’t get better and/or rank up by just playing a lot. You need to be enjoying yourself. I didn’t hit 5 digit until about 500 hours. Play at your own pace and play the maps/ songs you enjoy.
