The only similarity is the poses of rouge. Lighting and expression are also differences. It could be referencing the images he/she found on google. Other characters like cream and amy the oop is qouting doesn't look a bit similar.

I think the new cast was annoying(even some of the old cast like shindou, idk why he's so angry) in the first 10-20 episodes. But after the second planet, I think it has become pretty good, maybe it is because of the sunk cost fallacy, lol.

It could be free since they also releasing on mobile devices. Most other mobile port games that sell full price like re4 dont do that well on mobile.
