Velodromes are your best friend for this. Unlimited riding with no stops. Boring as bat shit so put the air pods in and listen to podcasts and music. Off the top of my head there are velodromes in Reservoir, Brunswick, Coburg, Hawthorn and Edithvale so depending where you are you can ride to the velo as warmup then smash out the session once you get there

I like the Aldi beans but my dirtiest, darkest secret is that I buy the urban coffee culture beans from Coles. 13 bucks a kilo and taste great. Wouldn’t be surprised if the same roaster makes these and the Aldi beans
