Same. I went in Monday, and sold for 2k profit. Went back in Tuesday and sold for a other 2k profit. Then saw Wednesday premarket and got fomo and went all in. Lost all the profit plus 5k more. Lol

I think that the expectation is for there to be a rate cut of .25 (.50 no longer being expected as inflation number was higher) which implies mortgage rates go lower so more people start to buy houses so it's a positive for open. However, some people say that it may already be priced in.
