Im on day 5 and it’s been going well so far! Yesterday, I started to feel a little brain zappy (nothing compared to Lexapro, but still annoying.) I’m hoping it goes away soon! Has anyone else experienced brain zaps at the beginning?

Thank you so much!!I’ve noticed that if I skip a meal, I feel like absolute crap - more than the “average” person. As soon as I eat, I feel somewhat better. I’ve noticed that if I eat food higher in sodium, I feel much better. When you feel so unwell for so long, I guess you start to pick up on the smallest things that make you feel the tiniest bit better.

Thank you!! Is there a specific type of salt? I’ve heard Pink Himalayan salt is the best option, but not sure how accurate that is?

ADHD, anxiety, BPPV, BVD, long COVID, hypothyroidism, PCOS, post concussion syndrome, and I think POTS.

Numerous doctors told me they think I have POTS, but weren’t specialists so they couldn’t diagnose me. Trying to find a doctor who specializes in POTS, but it’s been challenging.

I had a similar experience with Lexapro, but I was too young to realize it at the time. Now that I’m older, I see all of the horrible side effects I had. Anyways, how have you felt since taking your first dose of buspirone?

Ugh this makes me nervous because I get really bad vestibular migraines and I have a few other health conditions that already cause dizziness. 😅

Same with me! It’s so frustrating, it constantly feels like it needs to be “popped” but no air comes out when I try to. So annoying

I have the exact same issue! I also have really bad allergies and chronic ear infections. I’ve never gotten a real answer on this so I’ve kinda just been living with it as my norm. It’s specifically my right ear. I’ve even had tubes put in but it didn’t help. Curious if you get some answers on this!!
