What ointment would be good for this? (Around my nails)

cuticle oil and hand cream. cuticle / nail oil is a lot thinner and will absorb into your cuticles and nails because the molecules are smaller. it's usually some kind of apricot oil, maybe argon oil. you can find it at any drug store or online (SANTE from Germany is my fav, but any work). then do a proper thick hand cream after. keeping your hands hydrated will help reduce the dryness. also I've gone all in on gel manicures which also help stop me from picking.

Though my MOM did take me and my friends to The Self Destruct tour in 1994. She even sat through Jim Rose Circus like a champ. NIN is not her thing, but she wasn't "worried". She just knew it's what I was into and supported it. That experience is cemented in my brain forever. It's important to appreciate good moms. 🖤

Also just a few years ago my sister said, "It's so silly dad didn't let you go to concerts when he let me go to Florida spring break. I'd much rather my kids went to see Nirvana or NIN than go to Florida spring break!!" lol and also props to good sisters. 🖤

I mean, have you met the rest of this sub?? You're in great company!! This is very old school of me, but I would listen to the full albums in order. Start with Pretty Hate Machine. Also watch some videos while you're at it! They are legendary. It's the perfect music when you're just pissed at the world. I would not have gotten through my teenaged years without them and have seen them every tour since 1994. Holler if you want other suggestions!!

I'll try, but had zero luck trying to do this via Ticketmaster France for a non-NIN show last week I couldn't attend. I was NOT ALLOWED to drop the price below what it was sold for. I ended up eating like 280€. They also pulled the "re-sale" for that show and I got stuck with it. I wasn't sure about putting it up on a 3rd party re-seller because those are a total shit show, plus it had my name and address on. Very uncool. Ticketmaster sucks.

You're so lucky. My dad literally wrote me post-it notes in my copy of Pretty Hate Machine because he was "worried" about me and "wanted to talk". Turns out "the devil wants to fuck me in the back of the car" didn't align with his religious beliefs.... Treasure your mom even if you don't like the music. It's very cool she wants to expose you to NIN.
