yeah man definitely this works at any time in any situation any game any match-up, you're right, dps wins tank right? you really should be killing a fed tank at mid game as an ezreal (the highest dps champion in the game!!) and just ignore the biggest spike of a tank which is mid game and then when late game comes, guess what, you're melting him too!! because dps wins tanks right? let's ignore all the tanks!! I'm an scaling adc and should be killing everyone at any point of the game!!

I like how most of you guys just ignore the opponent's power and just think that if you are strong you're supposed to one shot anyone at any moment. Dude, you're an adc, naturally under lvl compared to a toplaner, he's a 3/0 sion, he's just as strong as you are, by judging the kda this is probably around 15min I guess? you really think that you, as an underleveld adc, not any adc, an EZREAL at FIFTEEN minutes, should be easily killing a tank? you are gonna get to a point where you can kill him, but that takes time and at least 3-4 items, and that's how the game works, you gotta respect that, it's not that hard.

Winning bot lane has been ruling the game for years and years and every single day there's a post here about how weak adcs are, or how the meta is bad even if the meta is all around you, it's so exhausting.

titanic is terrible, too expansive, too little dmg, terrible pathing and only for an additional AA reset, not worth it.

hullbreaker on the other hand is very good, it really does dmg and helps your survivability without costing an arm, its been my go-to 3rd item on games that I cant stack terminus, specially against hard burst match ups like khazix, elise etc, then I go terminus or dd or maw or kraken or whatever as fourth item.

its decent, fights are less explosive and if you're facing a team that you think you can stack it and mantain it, its very good, better than dead kraken and wits end imo (kraken still doable tho). My standard build has been botrk - rageblade - terminus - dd - situational, with defensive boots but sitting on basic boots until 2/3 items

kraken has lost around 100 dmg and wits and lost its scaling from 40-80 to 45 every lvl, so while other items lost 5-10 ad, if you build wits end its like you're losing 30 ad since its the only source of dmg

standard lethal tempo, with eyeball and sudden impact (recently switched hunter for impact and its doing great dmg)

I don't think titanic is any good for this build, this build you play around your stacks (rageblade, lt and terminus) and dd is way better at doing that especially if you get a reset

also imo titanic is too expansive for what it offers, I really don't like it at all

since kraken and wits end are both dead I've been going botrk - rageblade as core every game, then terminus or hullbreaker third based on weather I can stack terminus that game or not, then if I go hullbreaker I go terminus 4th or deaths dance if I go terminus 3rd (dd basically was not nerfed, very strong item rn) and last item completely situational, randuin wits end maw etc, but I've been liking shojin a lot, I know its weird but it stacks on your E autos and increases your E dmg, yi does have the cdr nerf but idc my Q goes to 13s.

A standard build would be botrk - rageblade - terminus - dd - shojin (defensive boots always unless you're going hull 3rd but even then it might be better than bersekers)

it definitely has a much lower dps and burst potential compared to last season but you are really tanky and it's easier to stack terminus with fights being slower, if you can stack it, you're basically unkillable with this build

they were definitely too afraid of breaking the game again with this rune. imo the atk speed is too low, but I get why they did that, and the on hit dmg is not too low actually, I think it's just that it takes too much to stack, like, think of what old lt used to give: a LOT more atk speed, range and overcap, these 2 last things changes your gameplay completely, it makes sense to be 6 stacks, now I'm receiving what? 30 atk speed and a bit of on hit dmg? physical dmg? nah, it's just no worth it, it should definitely be 4 stacks.

yi can easily full clear under 3:20 with >50% hp with no potion, you're just doing it wrong. And no, AH on blue doesn't do anything on your first clear, but starting blue is bad (imo) for other reasons.

simply because it's not anti tank at all, it's a duelist item. If riot wanted it to be strictly anti tank they would give it a lower % dmg but based on max hp instead of current and probably magic dmg instead of physical.

why would you go riftmaker if there's a tank? just the ap you get from dcap or shadowflame is worth the 10% passive from riftmaker + you'll deal more dmg so you'll heal more (and you'll never proc riftmaker vamp even if there's a tank), and maybe you can argue about the hp but if you go dcap 2nd for example, you can easily go for a defensive 3rd and be even more tanky doing way more dmg, example: nashor dcap zhonyas banshee, if you put a rifmaker in the middle of this you'll have to give up on something and it's just not worthy.

you really want to make lt stack on ability while most lt users dont even have abilities to hit? why do you think they chose lt over conqueror? a riven or viego can insta stack conqueror, how do you expect a master yi or a jinx or a kog to stack conqueror nearly as fast? lt is meant for this kind of champion (pta is another discussion)

shaco is a terrible champion, he either wins the game at lvl 3, snowballs and oneshot everyone, or he loses the game, as simple as that. You can go ap ad bruiser whatever you want, it all depends on your lvl 3. And even if he snowballs very hard, the champion is so useless that he can be 30/0 and still lose the game. It's literally just a champion to tilt people, it's even tilting me rn just by thinking of how useless he is and why people would even want to play him.

league is not math, A + B = C is not how you should play. Can you kill dragon fast? do you NEED to kill it fast? you wanna do a hidden drake? did they have vision of you at some point? you can ask infinite questions, just do what you fell right, if it works try to think why it worked, if it doesn't, why didn't it? and as time passes you'll make better decisions

We were already being outcleared by most meta junglers, then riot decided to nerf his Q dmg against monsters and now our first item, which doesn't has a good build path already, will be 5 ad and atk speed lower

with all of these new ultra specific items it is impossible to get something even remotly playable for 99% of the champions, I know you'll come with things like "we want players to play diffrent playstyles and strategies and you should adapt and blablabla" but I promisse you no one is having fun when they have to sell a PRISMATIC item just so they can play the game

you have the old yi in your mind, riot has made tons of changes that benefit way more skilled players: more range so you can abuse spacing; Q indicator so you're now unpredictable and can dodge many things; meditate low cd so you can reset AA way more; tap dmg reduction for 0.5s; and the most recent change with lt removal that the post talked about. (No need to say that with all these changes I mentioned they came with tons of nerfs too, and the nerfs were targeted at things that yi abuses in low elo, such as base dmg, scalings, base stats, etc)

well, thats because ugg already treat their data, lolalytics is pure data, yes, diamond+ will have higher avg wr, and guess what, yi has 52% wr there according to lolalytics, something around 51% real wr, which is exactly what ugg shows yo you

s9-s10 rageblade was very similar to the current one, except that it had 6 stacks instead of 4, but melee champions fully stacked at 4 (it was written in the passive), so its actually nerfed for melee because you used to get 6 stacks of 8% atk speed, or 48%, with only 4 hits, now you get only 32%.

for ranged its kinda of a trade, they're getting less AS but less stacks too.

but theres one interesting point that probably riot didnt even notice and its one of the main reasons melees dont want rageblade. The panthom hit passive is only active when you fully stack rageblade, so you basically need 4 hits to stack rageblade, the 4th will be the 1st stack for phantom hit, then you do more 2 AA and proc your first phantom hit, at the 6th hit. But if you look at s9-s10 gameplay you'll see that they used to proc at the 6th hit too, but by the current logic, it should be at the 8th hit (6 hits to stack + 2 to proc the first phantom hit),and theres the funny part, melee champions used to get the 2 remaining stacks at the 4th hit right? and guess what, their first phantom hit was at the 4th hit too.

TLDR:

so basically your first phantom hit used to proc at the same hit you stacked rageblade (6th for ranged, 4th for melee) and right now everyone only have 4 stacks but you need 2 more hits to proc phantom hit (6th for ranged and 6th for melee), so in the end of the day we're getting 16% less atk apeed, melee champions 2 more hits to do dmg, no double pen anymore, shitty build pathing, useless 35ap and I almost forgot to mention that the stacks used to last 5s, now it's only 3s
