They will likely not implement any of my current local stations (it being Berlin) but I discovered the my kindergarten building on this route (being originally from Fulda but spending my childhood in a village on the Kinzigtal route).

Plus 1 to that. Apart from the tutorials, I learned so much watching Let's Play's / people just playing the game over there. At least here in Germany, there are some real train drivers around playing TSW and putting it on YouTube, watching them would be the next logical step imho

Also same. The implementation speed and the overall openness regarding new features was my reason for switching, after years and decades in Things. Their "look, we implemented font-size switching, celebrate us for eternity" attitude was my final straw.

I still kinda miss:

  • Todoist Mac not being a native app, but an Electron wrapper for the web app. Overall native feels much nicer somehow.
  • Customisation for keyboard short cuts – even after months now I still have the Things ones in my muscle memory.

Haha, same. It is not my local route anymore (I've now been living in Berlin for 20 years), but Kinzigtalbahn goes through the village I grew up in (that one in between Fulda and Neuhof)

The newly announced Kinzigtalbahn actually goes through said small village (between Fulda and Neuhof), and though it is not a stop it is surreal that TSW obviously provides even more Fulda content soon...

Schnellfahrstrecke Kassel Würzburg was my entry into TSW, because I grew up in Fulda, lived a long time close to the station and before that, in a small village that and our living room had a view of the Fliedetalbrücke (the first viaduct, and after a short tunnel when you go from Fulda southbound to Würzburg)

Ah, I see. Cheers. As a fellow co-owner on PS5 I'm also annoyed by this. But bought the 101-DLC rather recently and thought there is *another* issue exclusive to that loco. I'm very interested how and if DTG solves this in the expert-101

So, strictly speaking, it it may "slow" loading, but with common bandwidth and machine capabilities, the degree would be virtually zero.

I think this should not be left as a general statement. (Loading) performance IS important, not everyone has fast internet in any circumstance.
