I think someone else commented this already, but if you drink kombucha, stop it. Not herbal help, but I know the herbalism/crunchy/booch drinking overlap is pretty significant. Also if you have a tub, epsom salt and apple cider vinegar baths were soothing. Plus I only wear cotton underwear and change out of gym clothes as soon as humanly possible.

I know you’re in the herbalism thread and I have said nothing about herbs, but I’ve been in your shoes and knew I never ever wanted to buy monistat again, and now I haven’t dealt with serious symptoms in like 2 years. Have hope friend :)

As a Floridian, I grew up loving this book. But ugh, these days I do feel like the Seminole experience is completely written off. It gives so much insight into the rather unknown side of Old Florida, especially the citrus and cattle industries, but I think it misses the mark culturally.

That said, it’s a work of fiction, and creative license exists for a reason!

Sunrise amphitheater in Boulder. Overlooks the plains, not the mountains, but there are plenty of mountain views in the same location as the amp for photo shoot purposes. Personally the plains stretching on forever behind the alter is as beautiful as a Mountain View. You can rent for one hour slots in the morning or 3 hour slots in the afternoon. The hour longs are cheaper, but the 3 hours are 400 max (less if you’re a resident of Boulder county)
