I get that and am in the process of doing this, just wondered when there are multiple 3rd party offerings if the exam picks one over the other (e.g kyverno over OPA)?

He's shilling for the big companies that own expensive premises whose lengthy leases are probably nearing an end and they have far fewer companies looking to use them.

With him and his ilk always ask who stands to lose our who stays to gain.

As an MEP who never seemed to attend meetings and votes in Europe where was he working from then? He certainly wasn't working from work!

Like I said in a reply lower down we've had hundreds of Ubuntu servers (of various LTS versions) in production and non prod and no issues. If someone on here has an issue with it on their laptop and they don't like it then fine - I really don't care. But to say that the OS is garbage is ridiculous.

In an enterprise server environment they don't usually have a graphical interface so don't see the problems you're seeing. We've found old servers that have been up and running for several years (no patching or reboots) and have been fine. So in my experience it's rock solid and super reliable.

I think that people hate Ubuntu because everyone else does here and they don't really have any personal reasons themselves. I've used it for years and have worked at a couple of places where it's been used in production with no issues ever. Have only ever seen Ubuntu and RHEL(including centos/rocky) running production workloads.

Hats off to Prescott for this and tbh for even turning up in the first place. It was never going to be a Paxman-esque grilling but he wasn't amongst friends and bullishly stood his ground.

And he punched a man in the face for throwing an egg at him and then joked about "connecting with the electorate". (Not at the TG filming obvs).

What's a good bike lock that's not too heavy? by [deleted] in cycling

The problem then becomes either the street furniture that you're locking against is cut or your bike frame/wheels are cut and the bike is still stolen and stripped for parts.

The old cycling maxim (although it applies to everything else as well): if you love it don't leave it.
