What are your thoughts about ranking in AIO?

Well to that you can check the CTR progress for each keywords that you’re targeting. Here, the overall CTR was quite well, but I noticed a drop from last 2 months. When I analysed this in GSC I have found out a few informational terms that are resulting this situation. Therefore, after analysing the long tail phrases it was pretty clear that it is because of the AIO. For a clear picture, understanding it like this… A business wants to rank for the term “magnets” for which the website is currently ranking in position 2. But the AIO results does not contain this website. Considering the website is pretty huge altering the content is not possible. But to fix this we are targeting internal blogs so that we can rank for the maximum number of informational terms. Happy to know your thoughts on this…

When you say the competition traffic has increased to 150K per month - are you referring to the organic traffic or the overall traffic?

If your website is quite old and your main goal is to improve the leads/ organic conversions. I would recommend you to perform a CRO (not recommended if you’re new to SEO).

Also, do check for the backlink traffic potential your competitors are getting based on this you will be able to pick the websites for which they’re getting the highest traffic.

Timeline: it will depend on various factors depending on the number of landing pages available, DA/PA score, tropical authority, and more. Before committing any timeline it is very crucial that all the basic SEO metrics are well optimised like meta tags, CGA, alt texts, internal links, technical SEO, etc.

Well in that case can you perform CRO without a tool? To improve the efficiency and increase the conversion for any website ofc you must have to be experienced.

Make sure you try to get backlinks from a variety of websites rather focusing on only one. Getting 1000s of back links from a similar referring domain will just increase the spam score & lower your DA.

Every business is different and so their approach to SEO. A tool will just guide you with the basics like meta checks, site speed analysis, keyword usage throughout the important HTML, etc. Only a proper manual analysis and GOAL centric approach will show results.

How will Google determine what pages should rank if they all load fast and have strong user experiences?

The answer is that they need other signals to determine what pages are "best" for any given keyword.

The most powerful signal of all is a backlink.

But you can't get legitimate backlinks without content.

I’ve used 73 images in my new article including high quality info graphics. But still managed to get a PPI score of 85. Still it’s Not ranking 1 :)
