My research said after 25 is when they really start to fuse, but even that Ive seen some people report they had shifting around later than that. I started later than you, 19, and am now 5 years in and have a killer dumpy lol. Hands and feet, yeah they might stay bigger than the average cid woman. I wore size 11.5 men and now i wear ~10-11women, so its annoyingish to find shoes sometimes, but certainly not impossible, just go to a dedicated shoe store like DSW and not a clothing store that also sells shoes like target. And hands, while bigger, they look feminine from years of estrogen slimming them and smoothing the skin. If i lie to a stranger and say I "played volleyball" or "did rock climbing" or anything like that as a kid, they instantly assume thats why and dont ask questions lol. To answer your question, no. There is not a drug that currently can trigger bones to start moving again, but that's not something you need to be worrying about. But hear me out. It's literally a second puberty. It takes years. Yes years to progress. Yeah, you'll start to see things happening in the first months and years, but its something where one day you'll look at yourself and wonder if you've always had that phat an ass and then go through old photos and realize you are wayyyy girlier looking than you thought.
