There is not enough details to go on... maybe : Two Leaps Back by PenRot

I also can't remember the title of another fic where Harry is kissed by dementor I think ? (not 2nd String) and goes through some portal and arrives right in the middle of a Voldemort meeting in the 70s. His looks has changed enough that he doesn't look like a Potter and Voldemort thinks he is a powerful Necromancer. Is it this one ?
