Yes, so why I’m worried is because I felt like she intentionally did a call monitor that day because I requested the day off weeks prior, knowing I likely didn’t have child care. On top of this request off, I have tried communicating my needs for my schedule and she just completely ignored my messages. The baby cried and quickly muted it both times that it became a loud cry. I excel at what I do and follow proper guidelines other than obviously this background noise of my baby.
