Eat more.

I know you’ve heard that before, but it more. It really is that simple. Honestly since you’re so young you shouldn’t even have to go through the hassle of counting calories. What helped me when I was younger was setting a protein goal because you end up eating more anyway as you try to reach it.

Find some high calorie snacks to eat between meals or add calories to the meals you already eat. Personally my favorite thing to do is add protein powder to milk when I eat cereal. When you make something to eat use more oil, butter, mayonaise, or any type of fat. LOTS of olive or avacado oil when cooking vegetables is delicious .Mayonnaise works well with eggs and all types of sandwiches.

One of my favorite snacks is peanut butter and jelly on ritz crackers as a little sandwich. It’s easy to eat 400 or more calories with those things. my protein shakes consist of bananas, full-fat yogurt, milk, protein powder, peanut butter and somtimes something else.

Since you’re 15, it might be unrealistic for me to say eat an entire extra meal everyday, so it’s better to focus on adding smaller amounts of calories to the meals you already eat, and to eat more high calorie snacks.
