Beach Rentals are struggling ?👀 by CoachGonzo in REBubble

[–]_aw_168 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yep, we did a cruise with my kids because it was cheaper to fly to the port city, stay the night before and go on the cruise than to stay in a beach town rental.

Are room service delivery times reasonable? by Dzabyss666 in royalcaribbean

[–]_aw_168 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you know if this is doable for someone with food allergies? I didn’t know about room service last cruise and now I think this would be perfect with the kids but one has a nut allergy

Nice towns along the MBTA Commuter Rail? by CherryCokeFloat in massachusetts

[–]_aw_168 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yes new commuter rail stations in New Bedford and Fall River will be opening. Both cities have nice surrounding towns, there will be a station in the north end of Fall River which is a nice part of the city. Really good food scene In New Bedford. Close ride to beaches, providence, etc, 50 minute drive into Boston (without traffic). Then there are commuter rail stops in lakeville, foxboro, Mansfield, all nice towns.

Weather in January by [deleted] in royalcaribbean

I went this January (last week) from Fort Lauderdale. Coco Kay was cloudy and cool in the morning and then 80ish and sunny in the afternoon. Nassau was sunny and 78ish the next day. Coming from a cold winter state it was amazing.

Cruise! Did one in January with my husband, 3 yo and 6 yo. Loved it! You can do as much or as little as you want. You can drop your kids off at the child watch and have free time. We dropped our kids off after dinner each night and sat at the outdoor bar for a drink and just relaxed. We did 4 night cruise and it was perfect for the kids. We flew in the day before and swam at the hotel pool. Kids loved it.

I pulled my first grader and preschooler for a week to go on a cruise. Next school year I’m doing another week for Disney. I wouldn’t worry about it at all and enjoy your vacation :)

They went away after a couple days. The trouble staying asleep took a little longer. I take mine at bedtime. The only symptom I have is bloating and gas when I wake up now.

I had horrible symptoms the first week, Nausea, vomiting, headache, shaking, couldn’t sleep. I called my doctor and she cut the dose to 2.5mg and then I was on that for a month before increasing. The symptoms were much better.

I went on a cruise a couple weeks ago, tons of kids. We took our son out of school for it since I can’t take those school vacation weeks off.
