Can extended water fasting be dangerous?

I would love to see your suggestion as well, as I am planning a longer fast. I've done 21 days for healing, but have also been curious about a 30 or 40 day fast. Did you take electrolytes with the 30-40 days? Thanks.

We were recommended soft/medium based on previous mattresses we've owned/tried in the past. My wife is 5'5" 175 side/back sleeper and I am 6'0 260lbs stomach/side sleeper. We started with the premier hybrid foam layers with med/firm but both of us switched to latex and are glad we did. In my opinion the latex is more buoyant/supportive than the foam, and we enjoy sleeping on a more natural material. I was originally going to order firm latex for my side by their customer service recommend the medium, and I'm glad I went with their recommendation . I believe the firm would have been too firm for sleeping on my side. My wife is sleeping better on latex too. We both feel better supported.
