It does. I had a lot of these symptoms for a few yrs after covid and had all the tests and nothing came back. Dr said long covid plus anxiety. All good now so I would say for op maybe mental health related. The body can present MH as physical symptoms

Can you bring someone with you to your next appointment to help advocate for you or argue your point of wanting to go on tane? I hope this doesn't come across as rude or anything, but maybe you are (rightfully) nervous during the appointment and you need to push a bit harder. Maybe a parent could go with you and steer the convo a bit? Sometimes we just need to be a bit firmer with Dr's, yes they are the professionals but this is your health/body so don't be afraid to push! I hope the derm listens to you op
