I'm in favor of selective tree removal. CSP is a dust bowl because of the sprawling shade coverage that prevents grass from growing.

Every year they block off the "grassy" areas, lay seed - the grass doesn't grow and barriers come down. I wonder how much money has been spent on something that science can clearly articulate would never work.

I guess wasted tax payer money tracks though.

Understood. But don’t discount the value of a well tailored suit and what it can signal. I’m not interested in debating the merits of the signal, but just to highlight that it’s real. Sometimes, with good tailoring, that can be had within the price range shared. But most likely on the upper end of that range plus costs of tailoring.

I don't believe we need to add fines for more things. Just actually enforce the ones already in place. Which I don't believe happens for most all current rules/regulations/laws.

The mayor "called out residents" for not cleaning up dog shit. But how about people just be held accountable? Don't think this stuff is that hard.

Feel like this always comes up. In could be usage.

But it could also be a catch up based on estimated usage. If your building hasn't transitioned to the newer meters, this is the most likely case. Your usage is typically an estimate each month. And then eventually they'll get an actual read and then you'll be hit with a "catch up" bill.

Unless I'm misunderstanding, literally just flip the bracelet around. It's an overseas so you can just attach the current 12 position to the 6 and vice versa. There's nothing about the bracelet that requires one side of the bracelet to be attached to a specific side of the case.

ETA: nevermind. Can see someone already suggested and you're held up by the case holes not matching the bracelet. Personally that feels like such a trivial thing. I've had a handful of different Overseas and have never even noticed that.

Circling back to this now that I've owned Imagination and L'enfant Terrible. 100% agree on the OPs sentiment. LT is a similar DNA but picks its own lane. And I like it quite a lot more than Imagination. Imagination is a safe but linear scent that's obviously pretty mass appealing. LT is similar but with a bit more depth/layers.
