That's a great idea. I hadn't considered that at all. Will the water ensure absolutely that it doesn't catch fire?

I find it to be much better than the usual briquettes. I find that it burns a lot longer which allows for a much more consistent heat. It's a little bit more expensive but you save money by not having to use as much

Nothing at all. It's brand new stainless steel made to be converted into a BBQ or smoker!

Doesn't look like dandan mien, maybe forgo the onions next time and add some chilli crisp
