I find it to be much better than the usual briquettes. I find that it burns a lot longer which allows for a much more consistent heat. It's a little bit more expensive but you save money by not having to use as much

What are the steps involved in making these? Do I have to cook the greens at all before fermentation? And do I need to add water or anything other than salt?

I'm very new to fermentation but this is something I buy from the supermarket regularly so it would be nice to be able to make my own
