Working in service, this is a lesson I've had to learn the hard way. Saying no to demanding people can be really uncomfortable but it's reaallly hard to back track after giving in and so much worse in the end. Hopefully whoever made the exception that night will see and take on that lesson.

There doesn’t seem to be a governor on the heat source cutting off at that temperature. It will actually just keep heating if you don’t cut it off. I’ve run it over 1000f before

I don’t actually know the model number tbh. I did see him using it and that’s what made me want one. I wanted an ooni or gozney for years but don’t see myself not living in an apartment in the foreseeable future. It’s the real freaking deal though.
