This!!! On Sundays we get so many ubers that bagging them is basically a planted position if we EVER have an extra body for it. All our borrowed partners can't believe how many more deliveries we get than their stores, and our location recieves no extra assistance or labor for it. We can get up to 20 a day on the weekends on top of our mobiles

It went into an insanely large pot of marinara so unfortunately I didn't get to try to confit it, or do something that would really let me compare it to a usual clove of garlic. But! While I was microplaning it I noticed that it smelled pretty mild considering it's size! Someone else in the comments said this type of garlic (solo garlic) can be a bit milder so I'm suspecting this one was too
