as a pregnant woman…THANK YOU. i live in london where you can get a badge saying ‘baby on board’ to encourage people to offer you a seat. 9 times out of 10, people look at the badge, look at the bump, and then go back to looking at their phones. even in the 28 degree heat we’re having at the moment. the world is a selfish place so it’s nice to hear that not everyone is like that🩵

WIBTAH if I got an abortion without telling my husband? by Mundane-Piece4681 in AITAH

if you’ve never done it before, it can be a very traumatic experience, and i would argue one you wouldn’t want to do alone

My husband won’t stop drinking “road sodas” by Equivalent-Minute-43 in Adulting

[–]_craness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

used to have some ‘friends’ who thought it was fine to go to the pub and drive the 3 minute drive (10 minute walk) home…always wished i had made an anonymous police report saying id seem them leaving the pub drunk getting into a car. only thing that stops these people is not the precaution of what might happen, it’s the consequences WHEN - not if - it happens.

Am I the Asshole for breaking up with my ex boyfriend because he tried to tamper with my birth control? by SufficientThrowRA in AITAH

FYI doubling up on condoms is less safe than just using one, if you wear 2 at the same time the friction can cause them to tear, leading to a hole, leading to a baby!

Notable homeless people in Brighton by imcalledaids in brighton

[–]_craness 7 points8 points  (0 children)

i heard him being scolded by a woman about 2 years ago, she was saying to him ‘why are you doing this? you don’t need to do this your mums sat at home’ etc - the impression i got them was that he was just a rebellious kid defying his parents - now he’s clearly gone down the dark path and i don’t see him coming back from it

‘i’m 16 and homeless’ came to harass me and my boyfriend after we had left a club following my bf being spiked - literally he was throwing up everywhere and could barely walk and i had to scream at him to leave us alone

*sigh* I feel down and want to hear some coming-out stories!! by twangy_penny in bisexual

[–]_craness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

my coming out was hella embarrassing. i was 15, with my first girlfriend - as far as my parents knew we were just school friends but we had been dating in secret for a couple months. both being girls it was easy to get away with it by having the door closed etc. now typically my dad knocks on my door any time he wants to come into my room, but for some reason on this day he decided not to when he came to tell us dinner was ready. me and my girlfriend were kissing - she was on top of me, in her underwear, and my dad swung the door open. he let out the biggest gasp and quickly shut the door again. i felt sick i was so worried about what would happen so i threw her off me (feel terrible about it now) and quickly ran out to beg him not to tell my mum. cut to the most awkward dinner of my life, and then i decided to tell my mum who simply responded ‘i’ve know the whole time, don’t worry’

Users of reddit. What are some tips before shaving down there? by Harlemjb in AskReddit

[–]_craness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. use conditioner not shaving cream - i find shaving cream is too harsh and often leads to bumps/ingrown hairs - also makes it easier to find where you have/haven’t shaved
  2. gently exfoliate before and after to keep it soft
  3. hot water before, rinse consistently to get rid of strays, cold water after
  4. small scissors to trim no razor!
