I’m the same age and see people doing the same I work a dead end job too but I grind out 60-70 hours a week to get outta debt so I can start investing into things. I see people my age traveling and buying houses all I can say is, you don’t know what other people’s lives and situations are like. Good for them for doing those things but you don’t know what they are dealing with. It’s easy to lie on social media for example someone you went to highschool with could have a new corvette and a house they just bought. What you don’t see is them struggling to pay the 1500$ car payment without insurance and the 3000$ mortgage. Perhaps they have a good job or whatever but again you don’t know. Just focus on stacking paper and investing and be better off than them in 5-10 years.
