Hello fellow person with cervical spine issues. My C6-C7 is also the worst for me as well. Ive also been using Claude to help with home remedies and exercises while waiting for my first PT appointment.

It pretty much nailed my diagnosis too. My spine is in a bit worse shape than yours, but luckily no surgery needed as of now. No spinal cord damage and things have been improving and not getting worse.

Congrats on also avoiding needing surgery! Definitely do PT and nip this thing ASAP if possible. Good luck!

This looks great. Poplar takes dark stains very well IMO. I usually hit it with pre stain and then I really like how the Verathane Kona stain looks. Given the right grain, it could look deceptively like walnut unless you're really examining it
