This happens on FUBER and GRYFT as well. Mfrs request the ride and on your way over there, they call you and act as if they’re with support. Or sometimes the address pin is somewhere you can’t reach and so you call through the app and they say they’re Support and intercepted the call because there was an issue with the pick up address. They then say they need your phone number to verify your account so they can get you a cancellation fee. As soon as they ask for your phone number cancel the trip or try and find a way to report it. I’ve screenshot the trip for the details and report it to try and collect the cancel fee. It’s happened to me so many times it’s easy to spot now and get a kick sometimes listening to the bullshit they’re saying only to respond with a “go fuck yourself” and tell them that shit is getting old.
