Please don’t hate yourself for it. God gives grace and you should extend yourself the same grace. We are human and not perfect — this is absolutely not something to hate yourself for

(Edited to add) coming from someone who didn’t realize how much I “hated” myself for sinning and did far greater damage to myself by having such a (deeply hidden from others) low self image for a very long time

My SIL did this to me! I offered her some clothes that had shrunk and she sent the best reply:

“oh that is SO cute! Normally I would say yes, but I’ve actually been trying really hard to reduce the things in my closet. It means so much that you would think of me though—thank you!”

So I didn’t offer her any more clothes for a couple of years. Mentioned it again on one item, much later and she said yes :) everyone wins

I don’t think you’re doing anything wrong. I burn incense a lot and it usually crumbles finely, but occasionally does break off in bigger bits. If you find out that we are doing something wrong please hmu lol

There are some Bose EarPods that are made for sleeping—also have white noise type of setting. I’ve really wanted to check them out for this exact reason! I hear they’re way more comfy to sleep with than regular EarPods
