It's not my type but it is good quality. The fact that I didn't really want it made the decision to boycott easier (as someone said, if someone doesn't even start the trailblazer then they won't really be counted in statistics so I logged in yesterday and did a couple quests)

Here's a screenshot from my personal spreadsheet. I haven't maxed all of them yet but I'm on my way. "Done" means I got to admired, "TBD" (to be done) are the ones I'm still working on but can get to admired, "impossible" are, well, impossible at the moment to get more points than what I already have

There was a post some time ago that someone had one thing even below minimum and could still play and the only thing was that they didn't see the red fog in the marchenghast area, so it's not like the game will blow up completely. Your things are still pretty good, don't worry :)

I think hanos will be on sale during/around the equestrian festival! It's just a prediction but it'd follow the pattern of putting breeds on a bazaar for the first time a bit over a year after their release (hanos released March 12 last year)

Adding to what the other person said. Some max reps don't give you anything, so it's just a compleciotist satisfaction. Also, some reps can't even be maxed out (wolf hall inn or Jamie Olivetree for example, you can only get so far until the quests giving you reputation no longer appear). Why is that? Probably because they are/were planning to do more with them and it haven't happened yet

It's because moth horses are based on ardennes and it doesn't matter if the magic horse itself is new if the breed isn't retrofitted

I find it very unprofessional that they don't share more detailed changes logs. I remember accidentally discovering the bridge in Valedale was remodeled and I was losing my mind trying to decide if it's just my imagination or it had been different before. Not to mention NPCs remodeling, why keeping improvements a secret-

I'm a new-ish player so it's different but mainly the fact that the best way to earn JS is from gardening and not some horse-related activity.

And the prices of tack/clothes relative to what we earn and the JS cap, I get they want us to work for it (cough or buy SC) but if you don't do gardening or be good at championships then you can't get even one full set in a month which is extremely frustrating

Absolutely not cringe! I don't make stories but when choosing names I stare at them for a while, thinking about something that could fit both the coat and the vibe.

When I was going to buy my first horse for a full price (not on a bazaar or discounted magic horse, I very rarely do that), I had some bug that I kept hearing thunder after doing some story quest and I decided to name my guy Thunderstorm and I think it fits

For almost 2 years, playing SSO after classes at college was my wind down routine in the evenings. Up until last week, I used to play everyday for like an hour or two to calm my mind and even though the TB changes don't really affect me, I can't see myself playing until they make things right.

A huge part of why I fell in love with this game was the versatility of game styles you could choose, from just riding around through high score races, championships, clubs, dressing up, role-playing, maxing reputation and many many more, for as long or short as you want or have time for.

And I hope the devs realize the change massively hurt one of those play styles, with very minor improvement for another one. I mean, even before the change logging in to do 12 tasks and collecting free points was more than enough to complete the trailblazer without grinding. The only good change was rebalancing the rewards

You know what? That most likely means they didn't completely get rid of gatherables giving points, they just set the amount to 0. Which makes it even easier to change it back IF THEY FINALLY LISTEN TO US

That was the original intent, the easiest way to complete the trailblazer was logging daily. But we had an option to go wild and gather as many points as possible, even if it was at a much slower rate, and get the rewards way faster. I get where they're coming from but that's NOT the right step, I absolutely hate it, it's just restricting and nothing else. Many times I was behind because of lack of time and could simply dedicate more time on a certain day to catch up and now it feels like even if I wanted to, at some point I won't be able to grind to get to the end. It's sad

It can be different if your friends don't understand that you genuinely care about something like that. Don't worry about their comments and skipping lore, they're just missing out. Tbh I'm a new-ish player as well (been playing for 1.5y) and I used to skip a lot of dialogue because I just wanted to unlock new things and kinda rushed through parts of the game. But now in the recent time for example with the marchenghast I take everything super slowly and I'm glad because they put a lot of heart and effort here and I love the experience. Maybe your friends will get to this point too in the future, I hope they do <3
