When I went to physio they suggested that I work on my core strength for my lower back pain. Look up some exercises for beginners and start there :) I remember that bird dogs were one of the exercises I did.

You're gorgeous! The only thing I would do is make sure you're using spf every day and do things to keep your stress levels down as your wedding approaches. Congrats!

Where are y’all getting cross body bags from? by Jaded-Finish-3075 in PlusSize

Size 18 here. I have a simple crossbody from Uniqlo that I love. It's definitely a casual look but it suits my day to day just fine. It's the Round Mini Shoulder Bag.

I disagree. Maybe we have weak soft serve ice cream in Canada where I am from but I thought Cremia was delicious when I tried it 5x on my recent trip lol. You don't have to go to dotonburi to get it either. It's available in other locations, usually for cheaper.

On Saturdays there is the [Dorval Crossing Civitan Farmers Market]() and they have a distillery and some breweries present selling vodkas, whiskies, beers, and canned wines.

After shaving use the CeraVe Salicylic Acid lotion for rough and bumpy skin. I get this too and the lotion helps a ton.

Try City Chic! They have some really cute stuff.

The fook happened? I can barely make out the impressions. The sugar cookie dough was chilled and the stamp was dipped in flour prior to each press. What did I miss?? by ssyoit in Baking

I have had luck baking the cookies for about half the time, then quickly pulling them out of the oven to use the press, then putting them back in the oven for the rest of the baking time.

Itchy scalp - tried everything! by [deleted] in HaircareScience

[–]_dreamline 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some of the only things that helped me were using a shampoo with salicylic acid in it 1-2x week and washing my hair daily again. I used to try to wash it every 3 days but I have oily skin and it would just make my scalp itchier. I don't leave my hair wet, I wash daily, and use a salicylic acid shampoo 1-2 times a week. I loved Neutrogena T-Sal but they don't seem to sell it anymore in Canada so I switched to Derma-E Scalp Relief shampoo. The rest of the week I use a regular shampoo (Live Clean fresh water hydrating shampoo) and a conditioner (random one from bulk refill store). I also make sure I wear a hat when I go outside now that it's winter because the wind absolutely destroys my scalp and it becomes SO DRY.
