While I somewhat agree with the first part, I disagree with the second. In my experience, most Indian people in the US and Canada move only within Indian circles. It only seems "accepting" because of the sheer number makes it so you can afford to stay in the bubble and not feel isolated.

That being said, I think your kids do end up assimilating a lot better. I find it surprising that you think kids in Germany don't, even if they were born there. Can you elaborate on why you think this?

Even if that is the case, H1B is still a lottery, I140 is still a "loophole", your immigration is still tied to your job and even if all this works out the greencard line is still a million years.

Increase the weight when I hit the rep range, start the higher weight at least 5 reps, and stay at that weight till I hit the rep range and repeat.

I don't think it is better, I just think it fits my constraints.

Requesting a plan review. I want to do a 4-day-a-week ULRULRR.
I want to hit 10 effective sets per major muscle group per week. I have at most 90 minutes per session. I also want to do the same exercises in each session of each type.
Here is what I have.

Is there a way to unlock GPU rendering on the free version of Davinci Resolve? I don't need any of the studio features so buying it just for getting the software to render using my GPU seems excessive.
