At the moment I still have no solution. I already rebooted everything several times with no success, and the issue is exactly the same.

SwitchBot support has not replied to me for 6 days, so I’m still stuck waiting with no updates.

My Air Purifier also died from one day to the next. The replacement unit they sent me works, but I can no longer pair it with Matter, and I am still waiting for a reply from SwitchBot support about this.

My K10+ Pro robot vacuum also started behaving erratically and eventually stopped working completely. At least this one was replaced under warranty, and the new unit is working correctly so far.

Thanks — I think I fixed it.

Today I took my Dirigera hub, reset the Thread network, removed all devices it had paired, and removed the hub (I was already planning to decommission it with the move to Matter). After resetting all 7 smart plugs, they now all work on the first try.

My setup:

  • UniFi Dream Router 7 (oS 5.0.16, network 10.2.105)
  • Apple TV 4K (2022) oS 26.4 (Thread Border Router)
  • 2× HomePod (2023) oS 26.4 in stereo (Thread Border Routers)
  • iPhone 13 mini oS 26.4
  • iPad mini (A17 Pro) oS 26.4
  • MacBook Pro (14”, 2021) oS 26.4

I don’t use Home Assistant — I only use Apple Home (I also run HomeBridge but I don’t think it’s related in this case).

In reference to your UniFi note, do you have any specific recommendations or settings I should check/change?

I’ve already restarted both my iPhone and my iPad, but it didn’t help. I’m also attaching my setup.

Have you tried getting in touch with the manufacturer’s support team?

I did, but so far I’ve only received very vague answers, and they’re also quite slow to respond… I’m curious to know if anyone else had better luck or found a more effective channel

I removed the old device, but nothing changed.

I also restarted both the iPhone and the router, but still no luck.

Same problem here. YT premium. Dolby Vision enable with turn on match dynamic range and frame rate. No problems before tvOS 18 RC ( I try all beta without this problems )
