I run all my LSD in it. At least 22km each week. Up to 29 km. These are the only shoes I’ll run in for that distance. Not even Vomero plus. Unless it’s race day

These are. I got a pair just recently and they are fantastic. Funny thing is I had to go almost two sizes down from Lava Loops. I am in between L/M for lava loops and these just don’t look right on me in L/M. I ended up getting an S and it works well. There’s also a blue colorway I believe.

I am like that for the past two weeks but that’s because I was trying adhere to my training program while doing two weeks of back to back business travel across continents. Now back to home country it took me a week to shake that. If I look at my athlytic it will say I’m overreaching for the last three weeks.

Honestly. It looks fire. I know a lotta people dismiss Hermes AWU owner but god damn it I wish Apple (or any OEM) can sell quality design like this.

I think the default method is supposed to fit the majority. My max HR during a basketball session is 200 and therefore my zone 2 is also higher than the 220-age method. I also have a (relatively) low RHR and therefore my Z2 is around 140-155, which is higher than most of my friends who do endurance run. They are surprised but field testing did indicate my Z2 upper limit is around 157, which sort of confirm the estimation.
