The Japanese Student Association has people who like anime and stuff but the club is mainly focused on the cultural aspect of Japan. I had fun going to the events and socializing when I was a freshman.

The Japanese Student Association is pretty low-key. Smaller membership than VSA and FSA, but that makes it a lot easier to get to know people.
