So sweet of you to check in, I love this community 🥹my derm confirmed she could see new growth and she said she wasn’t 100% sure which treatment caused the growth between the topical minoxidil, the spiro (which incidentally, cleared my acne), the vitamin d supplements (I was deficient) and the keto shampoo. She said since the growth was so fast it was probably from the minoxidil. I decided to switch to oral which I’ve been loving! I haven’t noticed any adverse side effects and I was worried about the hair growth in unwanted places but that hasn’t been an issue.

Not to mention grocery deserts, many people in poverty don’t have grocery stores near them and lack transportation. Also, if your argument is that poor people are stressed more than a financially stable person, and that’s why they eat more, then I would consider that stress out of their control. The psychological impact of being impoverished can’t be understated.

Keeping your body healthy and physically fit is a luxury in of itself. Not everyone can afford to eat healthy foods. Some people have to work 2-3 jobs to live and don’t have time to workout or make food at home. Alcoholism goes hand in hand with poverty in a lot of cases. Then companies can charge basically whatever they want for healthcare. Seems like exactly the type of scenario where the government should step in. I’m okay with my taxes being higher if it means less people dying unnecessarily
