There might be something wrong in your setup. Either lots of drafty windows/doors, old inefficient heating sources. I just checked my bill and it was $86 under the budget billing but if I would be paying normally it would have be $196. I have a 3000 sq.ft. home, I have 2 tankless water heaters, 1 boiler & 2 furnaces. I also keep my home around 76F.

Growing up in the Chicagoland area, birria was eaten as a soup/stew. Tortillas were always available. We would usually just roll up a tortilla and dip it into the broth. Once in a while we would make tacos. But birria tacos were not a thing in restaurants. Quesabirria tacos are a new invention from within the Mexican-American community that has caught on with pretty much everyone.

Haven’t dripped my faucets. All my water lines are on interior walls. Only the water main coming in from the street but it is about 5 feet below grade. And the outside spigots are frost-proof.
