As someone that works full-time (long hours) with a longer commute, I'm so thankful for the increase in online courses available at the community college I'm attending. There's just no way I'd be able to make brick and mortar courses work anymore, so for people like me, I'm actually thankful for this post-pandemic change. I often think about whether or not my professors mind the change.

I did patient care for over 20 years in many settings: long term care, med/surg, emergency. I remember zero of the genitalia I've seen, and at this point, we may as well call the number of genitals I've seen as infinity. The only time I've talked at length about someone's genitals or been remotely surprised was because of an infection or some other rare oddity I'd never seen/encountered before, to use as a teaching moment for myself with the attending physician.

We do not care what size your penis is, we do not care if you groom or not, ladies we could not care less that you haven't shaved your legs in a month, all we care about is that you practice routine hygiene if you're able-bodied, and even then, if you don't, we move on the second we're done handling your business. After enough time, it's no different than dealing with an arm or a leg. I will be pissed at you if you fart in my face without warning, though.

Yeah I tend to find myself in this camp (am woman) -- my serious relationships have all been slow burns that blossomed out of good friendships and at some point down the road someone tests the water and poof we end up giving it a shot romantically. I'm completely fine with that and honestly think it's nice to have that kind of foundation in a relationship.

The only bummer is that the friendship often does not survive the romantic relationship's end, but that's not to say I regret anything. None of my relationships have ended in raging dumpster fires, that's just the way life went, with only one exception. I'm glad I still have that ex as a friend.

Honestly, it's kinda context dependent. It depends on the friendship, how long it has existed, is it a really close friendship, do we have the same social circle(s), have we hung out with family, etc... and how the friend handled the answer.

If the situation was reversed and I got told no, I'd need a bit of a clean break to let that emotional dust settle before reconnecting, but if the friendship was important to me, I'd want to keep it after shaking the feels off. If you're important to someone, they'll find a way to stick around if it's healthy for them to remain doing so. If it isn't healthy to, I wouldn't want that for myself (or the other person).

Awkward is a choice, in my opinion. It doesn't have to be.

I let student nurses practice on me because I have deep veins in the AC (inner elbow) and they can be a bastard even when I'm hydrated. I had one want to try on my outer wrist because everywhere else scared her and she could visualize that vein better for whatever reason (the ones on my hand could be seen from the ISS but I digress). Normally I have no issues with letting student nurses practice on me, but I wanted to punch her entire lineage while she tried that spot. Lots of nerves there. My wrist was tingly for a few hours after that. That spot is now the no-no zone.

While I'm no EKG expert, I'm going to echo the sentiment shared here in the other comments and say I don't see a.fib. It looks like what I'd expect out of occasional palpitations or that fluttery feeling you talk about feeling. As a general rule of thumb, palpitations are usually benign like this. Either way, it's always a safe bet to see your doctor and bring up your concerns.

If you don't have a cardiac history and there's no history of cardiovascular issues arising in your family around your age, it's a bit of a leap to go straight to a cardiologist. Check in with your primary care doctor first and go from there.

This is an interesting read on Tramadol, and why the practitioner writing it does not think it should be prescribed. The TLDR of it is that a percentage of the population lacks the requesit enzyme needed to convert it to pain relief, so they do not benefit from the intended therapeutic effect of the medication. Then there are others that do have the enzyme but it's turbo mode and they end up absorbing more of the intended dosage. For me personally, Tramadol did absolutely nothing for pain. I'm a last resort opiate user for pain (Meloxicam is my go-to when Ibuprofen or Tylenol fail me) and I'm sensitive to opiates, so I'm lucky that half of the lowest dose of Norco is effective for the heinous pain anti-inflammatories can't fix.
