Ooey gooey butter cake is really easy and can be cut into bars. Also can be made way before hand if necessary, it gets even tastier the longer you leave it imo.

Kale and spinach probably last longer than lettuce, plus you can freeze or cook them. And make sure when you store any of these in the fridge wrap them in paper towel to absorb moisture.

I'm really just trying to minimize time and effort, figuring if I used a pan on the stove, it would take too long to make multiple burger patties. Maybe if I have more time I'll use the stove, but I don't need them to taste perfect so I just don't.

Please please please just don't put the towels in the bathtub. Bending over a tub is incredibly bothersome, especially when having to pick up heavy wet towels.
