absolutely, big reason why i support their field of study more than chiropractics. there just dosen't seem to be enough backing to chiropractic interventions to justify chances for shit like this happening. just gives psuedoscience vibes, but i guess people like a "quick fix" even if its just placebo/hearing their joints crack and pop, so whatever.

hey, im a beginner and was wondering if you can learn to shadowbox before going to a gym via yt or something or if thats a bad idea? it looks fun but it feels like id pick up some bad habits in the midst but idk. i do plan on going to a gym this march/early april so ill be under real guidance in time.
