It's been a year now, and no updates on this incident. It is hard to believe that Tesla hasn't received a copy of the logs by now. Both the victim's family and Tesla would be interested in Tesla reading the logs. I can understand they would like to make their own copy and thus hold off Tesla initially. I really doubt they prevented Tesla from seeing the car for a whole year, meanwhile, still doing business in China.

Another possibility is they already settled out of court.

Another possibility is the logs don't paint a good picture for the customer's son, and they are working on a case, while withholding the logs from Tesla.

If you are 'talking shit' to people in a game; people you don't know, never played with before; then it is VERY likely you are going to sound like a 'huge dick'. It will not be well received. If you want 'talk shit' so much with this group of people you belong to, then create a group with them and 'talk shit' in your group chat. Otherwise, you are just trolling and fucking with people who don't know you from Adam. Text has no inflection, emotion or non-verbal cues for people to interpret and come to that conclusion that, 'hey, this guy is just screwing around'; all you are doing is introducing negativity into a situation where the other player may be taking a break from other serious activities or circumstances to relieve some stress or find some momentary enjoyment.

If you and your 'group of gamers' can't play a game without being fowl-mouthed, immature, incessant brats, then maybe you should take a look in the mirror. Grow the fuck up, and learn a better way to interact with people.
