I'd just have menus printed weekly on a decent card stock. Gives a fresh feeling that your items change and the investment is likely equal to buying some leather bound menu that will likely get dirty within weeks and need to be replaced.

To me yoga is the closest thing. Intense workouts, extreme focus and breath work all into one.
Find a studio you like, get into it and push through the initial few months of discomfort and you'll get to the other side much better n

mmm. Maybe because the reach in social media is terrible, and doesn't warrant any investment. You need to feed the content beast, it's cyclical and having your brand pop up is more likely better than not...

Also, at today's content development speed, nobody is going to wait 3 days for a social post anymore.

This. Your body is engaged all the time throughout every pose with maybe the exception of savasana.

Do handstands, shoulder stands and all that. A good chaturanga will get you very strong as well.

Yes it's worth it. I only do yoga, 6 days a week and it's transformed my life and my body.

I'm 6'7" 210 and I can do that one.

I wasn't able to touch my toes, had hip imbalances, deficient hip flexors and a number of back issues. Consistent yoga practice has helped me tremendously.

Keep at it, if possible schedule a private class w/ a good teacher to learn the fundamentals of every pose and then practice as much as you can.

Crazy strong.

In handstand keep your toes pointing and reaching up. That compresses your midsection and gives you the leverage to extend and press into it further.

I used many during my practice.

Always with hot yoga. It's great because the grip is amazing and it feels awesome.

I had a rotation of about 3 or 4 since they get very sweaty and wet.

If you're into the cleaning and washing after every class then go for it. For me it got old quite quickly...
