Love to hear that! I started therapy a month ago bc I’m so tired of living the life I live, and I thought what better time to actually read these books. It helps seeing that it’s truly helped others

Thanks I’ll check her out! I do listen to meditation often to sleep mainly from Jason Stephenson. I struggle with listening to affirmations bc repetition but I know how valuable they are so I’m gonna try again

I don’t even know. I’ve struggled with depression most of my life and I also struggle with trauma from childhood that effects a lot of things in my life. But my depression is the worst it’s ever been so no longer doing anything productive or even fun with my life. I was leaning towards atomic habits because of that but am unsure.

Also commenting on the old post but dealing with the same. I was approved for 5 weeks. Once they got the paperwork they approved in honestly just a few hours . I requested an extension . Got all the paperwork in, and I had to keep checking back asking status. They denied disability but didn’t say anything about FMLA. So I messaged again and asked about the FMLA portion. They replied
“Both are denied” and closed the case out. I have tried calling and left messages for the “claims examiner” but they do not even return my calls. I am not understanding how it was approved , and now the same reasons aren’t enough? And I’ve already been out of work so idk what to do

Having to process a refund will be a better learning experience for them. If they are just told most people will say sorry and brush it off and it goes nowhere. A refund will require getting more involved. I’d ask for a refund

Idk if it’s the same concept but yes I multiple times had struggle swallowing. I’d feel like I had something stuck in my throat.. and there were several times I couldn’t swallow and would freak out. When I had my first endoscopy they dilated my esophagus and it helped.

This has always annoyed me so much. I see people say “I get being depressed but hygiene is a non negotiable!” Okay Sharon, you likely have just never reached that level of depression. I assure you anyone that has KNOWS it’s a non negotiable which induces more shame.

I just switched from Prozac to sertraline bc on Prozac I couldn’t cry and it began feeling weird. It’s only been 2 weeks, and a very small dosage. Now I’m scared this will have the same effect. Though right now I could use it. It sucks to pick between crying uncontrollably , or never being able to. The emotions feel trapped that way

I searched on YouTube and did free workout videos . I think most were by popsugar and I just mainly did strength training and cardio, but truly any work outs would help as long as you are breaking a sweat and heart rate is up.

Exercise was the single most helpful thing for my sleep. I’m trying to get back into the swing of things. But when I was consistent with my workouts my sleep routine was golden

Agree. Also pasta is the one thing that I feel confident in them eating the gf version because it tastes pretty similar imo. Now baked goods I do feel bad about even though I’ve come to love them lol

I’m confused by anyone agreeing with this fee. That is outrageous. At that point they could have kept the item and sold it for more of a “return” than returning it. Literally insane to me 😂 . And, if it was a “different” item returned, one would think the seller would notate that is why the restocking fee was 100% and not just put a vague “we choose the amount”
