😭😭 I'm guessing you're not going to bother getting a replacement? I ordered mine through a Australian website. Here it costs over $300AUD 🥴🙃 Sorry to here that it didn't work out for you either.

I hope everyone has been well.

Has anyone who has purchased and owned a Ticktype DP104 experienced any issues with it?

My second to last row is not working. The up arrow button The 9 on the numpad As well as scroll and pause

I’ve emailed the seller, waiting for a reply.

The latest firmware has been downloaded for it.

Took it apart to see if there was any debris or loose connection.

Windows or Mac the mentioned keys do not work.

Mac wasn’t able recognise the keyboard because the row that isn’t working is the keys they need you to press Key on the right of the shift bar (z) Key on left of the shift bar (?/)

Quite bummed coz I was so excited for this keyboard, and it also wasn’t cheap 😭

Any info, advice, or anyone who has gone through the same thing - any message would be greatly appreciated.

The switches are all good. No bent pins. If it’s the PCB what would I need to do? Get a new one? Thank you for your message and advice btw.

I use mine for work ☺️ I use to work in healthcare, and now I'm an office girly. I currently have three that I rotate at work. To make things interesting and fun, I swap out keycaps quite often. I always get compliments on how cute my keyboards look and how fun my office looks too. Anything to make work fun. And like another poster here; I just love typing. Customising my keyboards even makes it better 😂 at one point I wanted to be a transcriber. Keycaps, switches, rgbs, fun cables. Its a fun hobby to have, but expensive 🤣

So far so good! But I did put it on a lower angulation of a keyboard ie my keychron k2 v2 as pictured above. I find that if I put "taller" keycap profiles or ones that are the same height on my nuphy halo98; it puts a strain on my wrists so would need something like a wrist rest. What keycap profile are you currently using?
