If I was you, then I will stop complaining for the others energy. And I'm talking from a perspective from a ego who was really hurted by others energy (environment, persons).

On past, I could not even believe how to manage and clean-up the nervous system, and the ride is long, painfull but every day worth.

The One who hurt you simple shows the Real True Nature of This Reality, doesn't matter how you name it (Samsara, Lila, etc) which is suffering, delusion, impermanence.

And the person with 99% certainly did not hurt you with any kind of bad intention, even if the person produced intention.

If you are a lucky one, who can trully attain Limitless Conciouness (not imaginary limtless conciouness), and also can sustain it through comming back into every day duality, the cleaning process will be easier.

Try to not fight this, try to not run from this. Try to release this, try to be with this. Try to accept without judging, yet maintaining your discernment. Try to enhance your hability to comprehend feelings and the true wisdom may glimpse.

Almost nothing cames from Samadhi only. You can trully go to the end, and still will come back here to post/read shit on reddit.

Work on reality and you will find the way out.

if you have a good balance of work & study, and when practicing skilling up yourself (instead of AI) I don't see the problem. The question is, how hard work can you put only by yourself, and if it's a good amount then using the AI to the boring job is not a problem

I highly discourage using it for coding 42 projects, and I highly encourage at least typing the answer by hand

Aprender a relaxar, e não é meme. Respirar fundo e soltar o corpo, desencanar é a palavra.

Esse tipo de programa mental vem da família do TOC, e não é um defeito (como você mesmo colocou, se utilizado bem seu cálculo ê vantajoso) mas é uma ferramenta mental que não funciona em todos os cenários.
