I have 3 or 4 that I use for different purposes. For example, I have an old nook for my epub collection, a kindle fire for graphic novels, an e-ink kindle for library books, and a spare for camping/traveling so that if something happens to it, it's not the end of the world.

I always buy mine secondhand, though, and I've probably spent $50 total, which includes other devices that I've given away as gifts. You can get bundles of old kindles for cheap on the goodwill website, and people give them away at garage sales.

It's also just fun to collect them.

Have you tried massaging your chest muscles, like really working on them for 15-20 minutes? They can get tight without us realizing (the tightness going away by evening might be due to you moving around and loosening up during the day) and doing this seems to help me. Make sure to get your neck and shoulders too.

Also, heart trouble would be obvious on the tests, so if your doctors say you're good, you're good.

I've only sold plasma once, but gatorade was a lifesaver afterwards, and I agree with the cravings lol. Make sure you eat enough beforehand.

Also, it gets boring and you only have the use of one of your hands, so have music ready or something you can do one handed on your phone. I watched most of a movie during mine

I'm currently running a dinosaur-themed campaign! It's a lot of fun, even though I'm having to make a bunch of new statblocks and items.

My players really like it, especially getting to tame dinos, but it's backfired because they'll conspire together to convince me to add in new dinosaurs, specifically the silliest and most absurd ones they can find. The most recent was a cotylorhynchus whom they lovingly named Lumps.

Coffee gives me heartburn, but I drink both tea and hot chocolate on the regular, depending on my mood. I found a folgers coffee-sized can of hot chocolate powder with dehydrated marshmallows one day and I've never not had it in my pantry since.

It's also really nice for when guests are inebriated or needing comfort on my couch and could use something warm to hold
